I co-created the convention “Maschinenraum Momentum” in collaboration with Maschinenraum, an innovation ecosystem for German Mittelstand and family businesses.

Building on my experience working with the team, I helped design a platform for exchange, bringing together leaders to share knowledge, ideas, and best practices.
The event reflects Maschinenraum’s mission to foster collaboration and drive transformation across industries through collective learning and innovation.
